Worktop Express Pro accounts are available only to registered UK companies, registered sole traders, or other verified UK business entities.

Customers may be invited to upgrade to a Pro account or may apply through our website.

Approval for Pro status is entirely at our discretion. We may refuse or revoke Pro status at any time if eligibility criteria are no longer met or if the account is misused.

As part of the Pro account application and verification process, we may require applicants to provide documents for proof of business status or trading address.

Identification documents will be used solely for verifying your eligibility for a Worktop Express Pro account.

Personal data collected through this process will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We will only retain identification documents for as long as necessary to complete verification and comply with our legal obligations.

All orders placed under a Worktop Express Pro account must be paid in full, immediately, at the point of order, including VAT.

A Worktop Express Pro account is not a credit facility, and no credit terms are offered.

Quotes generated through the Pro system are valid for the period stated on the quotation.

A quotation does not constitute a contract until an order is placed and payment has been received.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a quotation prior to acceptance.

Worktop Express Pro customers receive a discount on standard and promotional prices.

The Pro discount does not apply to:

Clearance items
Delivery charges
Any products or services where explicitly excluded

The discount is applied at the time of order only and cannot be retrospectively applied.

We may vary, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Reasonable notice will be provided where changes materially affect your rights or obligations.

We reserve the right to change or withdraw the Pro discount at any time without notice.
