Concrete Effect Worktop
These versatile surfaces feature a beautiful worn concrete effect, making them the perfect centrepiece for any industrial-style kitchen. Available exclusively at Worktop Express, these stylish concrete worktops are also durable and long-lasting, perfect for busy households. This premium range features a slimline 12mm profile to help you to achieve a stunning contemporary aesthetic in your cooking space.
These worktops are heat resistant (up to 180°C for 10 minutes) and have a textured matt finish, which not only makes them simple to clean but also hygienic and easy to prepare food on. Thanks to their solid construction they are also resistant to wear and impact as well as being completely waterproof, meaning they are suitable for use with undermounted sinks and can have drainage grooves routed into the surface, unlike traditional laminate worktops.
Please note: our Compact Laminate worktops are up to approx. 50mm longer than advertised on arrival in order to protect the worktop from impact during transport. This extra length can simply be cut to size before installation.

All of our compact laminate worktops are delivered with square edges that have been sanded. For an optimum smooth and glossy finish, we recommend polishing all cut edges with a high grit sandpaper and rubbing in linseed oil with a microfibre cloth.

For compact laminate worktops, the maximum unsupported overhang is 250mm. This allows for a stylish overhang suitable for a breakfast bar or kitchen island, giving you extra space and a sleek look.
Our Two Person Home Delivery Service will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice with clear access on a day that's convenient for you. Costs start from £29.50 for one worktop plus £15 for each additional worktop (charges capped at 3 worktops) - order before 12 noon for next-day delivery.
