Fabrication Price Match

We also offer a price match for our bespoke cutting service! Simply send a copy of your quotation to our sales team and we will price match any identical service being offered. We will also refund the difference if making a claim within 7 days of your order.

Price Match T&C's

As the UK's leading worktop supplier, we know that other retailers sometimes try to challenge our prices. This is sometimes due to inferior products or unreliable delivery. As such, for a worktop to eligible for price matching:

The product must be identical to the Worktop Express worktop, including: size, specification, edge profile and stave width. Prices must include VAT, service and delivery charges and not be a clearance product.
Where the country of origin materially alters the nature of the product (for example - wood having notably different quality), this must also be identical in order to be eligible for price matching.
The product must be in stock within the UK and available to purchase online for delivery within two weeks.
Delivery charges are factored into the total cost. Should the competitor's delivery charge be higher than Worktop Express', this will be included in the overall price to be matched.
This price promise cannot be used in conjunction with any Worktop Express promotion.
The competitor's price must be available at the time of purchase, or within seven days.
This price promise can only be used against competitor pricing and not against price changes or promotions offered by Worktop Express since purchase.
Our price promise can only be honoured against a competitor with proven legitimacy. We, therefore, uphold the right to retract this price promise for any reason we deem fit.
Bespoke fabrication price matches will only cover a single order of a complete fabrication, not piecemeal by different manufacturers.
