Christmas 2024 Delivery Information


Please see below for key Christmas delivery dates:

Bespoke Orders

  • All Bespoke orders must be placed by midday, Friday 13th December*
  • Bespoke diagrams must be confirmed by midday, Monday 16th December

*For Online Bespoke Worktop orders, you will confirm your diagram online when you place your order

Standard Orders

  • Orders must be placed by 10am on Monday 20th December for delivery before Christmas
  • The final delivery date before Christmas will be Monday 23rd December

Worktop Express Two-person Delivery Service

Next day delivery available to the vast majority of UK postcodes

Weekdays:

From £29.50 for the first worktop + £15 each additional (capped at 3 worktops)

£15 per upstand, splashback or plinth (free with any worktop delivery)

From £29.50 per ceramic, composite FENIX sink or pack of 2 acoustic slat panels (free with any worktop delivery)

£10 surcharge for next working day deliveries

Two specially trained Worktop Express® staff will offload the goods into a ground floor room of your choice. Our staff cannot go up or down stairs (or external steps) and clear access must be possible, an on-site dynamic risk assessment will be completed for each delivery.

Our delivery team cannot offload goods through windows due to the risk of damage to the building, goods or the safety of our staff.

* Please contact us for accurate delivery pricing of orders containing 10 or more worktops. If placing an order of 10 or more worktops online, we will contact you with an accurate delivery cost and courier option following your purchase.

Please note:

For small and medium items such as upstands, jigs or splashbacks, your goods will be delivered by a third-party courier service that delivers between 7am and 6pm Monday - Saturday and will require a signature. You should receive your order within 48 hours. By providing us with your telephone number and email address, you'll get a notification of the delivery driver's name and your 1-hour time slot.

There is an up to £30 surcharge for small item deliveries to some highland and island areas. This is based on additional fees charged by our couriers for delivery to these locations.

Our in-house Two-person Delivery Service delivers to the vast majority of the UK, Customers in Northern Scotland and some other locations can still order great value, quality worktops, but these will be delivered by a third party courier and surcharges may apply. Large volume orders will be delivered via a pallet service and where possible we advise a forklift is available on site to offload the goods. Use the postcode checker below to understand your delivery options!

We are one of the few companies who will deliver into a ground floor room of your choice provided there is clear access, but please note that we cannot go up stairs. Certain high-value items are not eligible for next-day delivery with this courier option.

If you would prefer to organise delivery with a member of staff, please call us on 0345 2222 644 and select the option for delivery. We are also happy to store worktop orders for a certain amount of time to guarantee availability for a future date. We offer this service as we understand how stressful it can be to organise a kitchen installation.

Clear access is defined as access that does not risk damage to the products being offloaded, the customer's home or possessions, or threaten the health and safety of our delivery team or anyone else present. Our delivery team will appraise each delivery on a case-by-case basis and may suggest an alternative delivery point in line with this guidance.

Please note: Our delivery team cannot transport worktops in lifts, unlock doors or use security codes to enter buildings.

Although every effort will be made to ensure that delivery occurs during the estimated timeslot specified, due to unforeseen conditions - such as traffic - delivery can occasionally take place at a slightly different time from the slot specified.

It is essential that all worktops are checked upon receipt before they are signed for. If any of the packaging appears to be damaged or not intact, the goods must be signed for as "damaged" and a damage report should be filled out with the driver. If someone is signing for the goods on your behalf, please ensure that he/she is aware of and understands the terms of delivery. We need to be informed of any damage within 2 calendar days of receipt. Failure to comply with any of the above will result in a void claim. Due to the insurance liability, we cannot accept responsibility for any damaged items signed for as "clear", "unchecked" or in "good condition".
